Dimensions of Cool

Dimensions of Cool, has been a project of mine for the last couple of years.
My reasons for starting the group was to steer away from the usual cover band scene in Auckland ,
and head towards more electronica, edm, house music, and rnb but incorporate a live band into the mix, hence playing with sequenced backing, for example Ableton live software.

Since there aren't many bands in this genre, I thought this would give us point of difference.
I also enjoy this type of music, and coming from a background in music programming I decided this is where I want to be.

This trio consists of drums , bass, vocals, programmed music.
Our range of styles include electronica (EDM), rnb-soul, dance, house.
We love to perform to our best, and know how to interact really well with the crowd.
There's a certain energy with in the band that is unmistakable , you can feel the vibe as soon as we connect.

We also have our own gear, a 2000 watt PA system and 2000 watt bass rig, which is adequate for
just about any venue.

All in all we just love music!
